Our Story


It was October 10th 2010 when Kim Ranzijn (Loosdrecht, The Netherlands) and Carlos Pardo (Málaga, Spain) started a new project in Nerja. A restaurant with a mediterranean soul, a place where every detail has been thought about so you can enjoy your experience to the fullest. Since its opening, Restaurante Oliva has not stopped evolving. In 2016 it got the recommendation in the Michelin Guide and since then it has been rewarded with this recognition every year. In 2021 Restaurante Oliva moved to a new location at Plaza de España, to a more spacious and centric place.

Opening hours

Restaurant Oliva´s kitchen opens everyday. You can make your order from 13:00 to 15:00 for lunch and from 19:00 to 22:00 for dinner.



Groups

We can accommodate groups up to 40 diners. For groups bigger than 6 people, we offer our whole-table tasting menu for a better experience.



Our terrace

We have a spacious terrace overlooking Plaza de España. It is open almost every day of the year depending on the weather.
